Vanilla Almond Kipferl
A kipferl is a crescent shaped Austrian biscuit that is said to be the origin of a croissant. This kipferl is an almond based biscuit that is similar to a shortbread. It has a rich and buttery flavour, a distinct nuttiness and melt in your mouth texture. It is coated with a generous coating of vanilla sugar.
