We have experimented with some popular flavours while keeping the authentic Smak cheesecake flavour and texture, topping it with something different. This Strawberries and Cream cheesecake is for the fruit lovers. It is light and fresh but certainly still decadent. You can expect a crispy base with a velvety creamy cheesecake filling and a light strawberry coulis with white chocolate ganache, Chantilly cream and fresh strawberries to create a perfectly balanced bite.
