This is most definitely a Smak favourite that has stood the test of time. This cake is one of the reasons that Mixys exists today. I’d like to say that this cheesecake remained the talk of the town after Smak closed and I realised that I had to give you all what you want. Is it the best cheesecake in Cape Town? Yes, it most definitely is! You can ask anyone who has had the pleasure of trying it. You can expect a crispy base with a velvety creamy cheesecake filling and a light salted butter caramel glaze to create a perfectly balanced bite that you will not get enough of.

Keep refrigerated. Consume within one week of receiving.
