Salted Butter Caramel Jar
Who doesn’t love salted butter caramel? This homemade caramel sauce is a perfect addition to any cake or dessert. Impress your friends and glaze your own cheesecake or add a spoon to our chocolate cake to make it extra special. Use it as a spread or eat it out of the jar - no one is judging.
Cream, Sugar, Glucose, Butter, Maldon Salt
Store in the fridge for up to one month.
To use as a glaze, remove the lid and heat the caramel in the microwave for +/- 1 minute or over a low heat in a pot, stirring constantly until it softens - keep an eye on it as it burns easily! Use the caramel as a glaze when it is around 50-60°C.
