This cake is a symphony of layers. A chewy almond and coconut sponge soaked in rum syrup, layered with a pineapple cream, enclosed by a light coconut mousse and finished with a tropical mirror glaze. This is a signature, inspired by a popular cocktail - perfect for a dinner party dessert. 

Storage Instructions:
Keep refrigerated. Consume within one week of receiving.
