This is a Smak favourite which featured in Food and Home. The flavour combination is unexpected but it works well. It is such a sophisticated and elegant cake that will most definitely impress a connoisseur cake eater. The sponge is delicately flavoured and complemented with a silky cream cheese icing. 

Storage instructions:
Consume within 2-3 days of receiving. Store in a cool, dry environment, away from any direct heat. To prolong shelf life, store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days. Serve at room temperature.
