A German Christmas tray-baked cookie, similar to gingerbread, yet very different at the same time! These a perfect thick squares of delicious spiced, slightly chewy bites are covered with a mouthwatering lemon icing glaze. Spices, including cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves combined with homemade citrus marmalade and ground almonds, make these Christmas delights!

Ingredients:
Cake Wheat Flour, Castor Sugar, Ground Almonds, Homemade Citrus Peel Marmalade, Salted Butter, Eggs, Milk, Raising Agents, Spices, Lemon Juice, Icing Sugar

Storage instructions:
Consume within two months of receiving. Once opened, store in an airtight container, in a cool, dry environment, away from any direct heat.
