Gluten Free Carrot Cake
A classic and household favourite. The addition of apple in this cake makes it extra moist and adds a natural sweetness. This is a denser cake but it won’t leave you feeling full and you’ll be going back for a second slice. It is complemented with a silky cream cheese icing.
Consume within 2-3 days of receiving. Store in a cool, dry environment, away from any direct heat. To prolong shelf life, store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days. Serve at room temperature.
