Ginger Cookies

This is a ginger biscuit with a crisp outside and chewy centre. They are warm and cosy with a fiery ginger flavour and hint of cinnamon perfect to have with a cup of tea or coffee or to dunk in a glass of milk.

Storage instructions: 
Consume within 14 days of receiving. Once opened, store in an airtight container, in a cool, dry environment, away from any direct heat.
