Chocolate Walnut Brownies
This brownie is made with a lot of dark chocolate and very little flour, making them more like a mousse and less like a cake. They are decadent, dense and chocolatey. The addition of chopped walnuts adds a nutty textural element with each bite. You can eat them cold for a chewy chocolate treat or serve them at room temperature for a melt in your mouth moment. Even better, try heating them (if you have the patience) and you will be in for a delicious chocolate gooey mess.
Castor Sugar, Callebaut 70.5% Dark Couverture Chocolate, Salted Butter, Free Range Eggs, Walnuts, Cake Wheat Flour
Once opened, store in an airtight container, in a cool, dry environment, away from any direct heat for up to 5 days from receiving. To prolong the shelf life, place the brownies in the fridge for up to 10 days or in a freezer bag/airtight container and freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw at room temperature or in the oven before serving.
