This cake is a symphony of layers. A decadent and moist chocolate sponge, layered with creamy hazelnut custard, enclosed by white chocolate mousse and finished with a dark cocoa mirror glaze. A classic flavour combination, delicately combined to create a perfect textural and flavour balance - perfect for a dinner party dessert.

Keep refrigerated. Consume within one week of receiving.
