Chewy Triple Choc Chip Cookie

It says it all in the name - this is a chocolate cookie made with three different chocolates, and we use only the finest Belgian Chocolate - a 70% dark, a 33.6% milk and a silky white chocolate, all in one cookie! The addition of raisins in this creation adds to the chewiness which makes this cookie that much more tempting.   

Ingredients:
Light Brown Sugar, Cake Wheat Flour, Salted Butter, Callebaut 70.5% Dark Couverture Chocolate, Callebaut 33,6% Milk Couverture Chocolate, Callebaut 28% White Couverture Chocolate, Sultana Raisins, Raw Cocoa Powder, Free Range Eggs, Raising Agents

Storage instructions: 
Consume within 10-14 days of receiving. Once opened, store in an airtight container, in a cool, dry environment, away from any direct heat.  To prolong the shelf life, place the cookies in a freezer bag/airtight container and freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw at room temperature or in the oven before serving.
