Carrot Cake

A classic and household favourite. The addition of apple in this cake makes it extra moist and adds a natural sweetness. This is a denser cake but it won’t leave you feeling full and you’ll be going back for a second slice. It is complemented with a silky cream cheese icing.

Storage instructions:
Consume within 2-3 days of receiving. Store in a cool, dry environment, away from any direct heat. To prolong shelf life, store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days. Serve at room temperature.

Dietary Notes:
Made in a kitchen that uses nuts. Gluten free option available.

15cm 2 layers (serves 4-6 people) / 20cm 2 layers (serves 8-12 people) / 20cm 3 layers (serves 12-16 people)
