Vegan Banana Bread
A firm favourite for vegans and non-vegans alike. This is such a versatile treat - slice it up to serve with your breakfast or lunch, load it with some jam or peanut butter or make it savoury (and non vegan) with a spread of butter and sprinkle of cheese, the options are endless. It is best eaten fresh, but after a few days (if it lasts), try toasting it - you won’t be disappointed.
Bananas, Cake Wheat Flour, Castor Sugar, Coconut Oil, Raising Agents, Cinnamon
Consume within two days of receiving. Once opened, store in an airtight container, in a cool, dry environment, away from any direct heat. To prolong the shelf life, place the banana bread in a freezer bag/airtight container and freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw at room temperature or in the toaster or oven before serving.
