Lemon Coconut Cake
This is a classic sponge cake with a twist. A dense tender cake with a subtle coconut and fresh lemon flavour throughout. It is finished with berry compote which is the perfect accompaniment to every bite. This can be used as a celebration cake, tea-time treat or served as a light and fresh dessert at any occasion.
Coconut Milk, Cake Wheat Flour, Cultured Coconut, Castor Sugar, Mixed Berries, Sunflower Oil, Lemons (juice and zest), Raising Agents, Corn Flour, Vanilla Powder
Consume within 2-3 days of receiving. Store in a cool, dry environment, away from any direct heat. To prolong shelf life, store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
