

Chocolate And Peanut Butter Cashew “Cheesecake”
You can’t technically call this a cheesecake, since it has no cheese, but it certainly resembles the texture of a classic cheesecake. This rich and decadent cake has a creamy texture and is raw and gluten free so it will certainly be a crowd pleaser. If you are not willing to share, store the cake in the freezer and help yourself to a slice every now and then by cutting it with a hot knife - allow it to thaw before devouring it, that is if you have the will power.
Ingredients:
Cashew Nuts, Coconut Cream, Dates, Coconut Oil, Almond Milk, Fine Coconut, Ground Almonds, Raw Cocoa Powder, Maple Syrup, Peanut Butter, Vanilla Powder
Storage instructions:
Store in the fridge and consume within 1 week of receiving. To prolong the shelf life, keep in the freezer in an airtight container for up to 3 months. Thaw in the fridge before serving.
