Choc Chip Cookie
I would like to say that this may be ‘the perfect’ choc chip cookie, if there is one that exists. After closing Smak, I spent my days at home baking and ended up selling some of my creations to my neighbours. I was never a huge fan of chocolate cookies, but after a bite of these, I changed my mind. This cookie is made with all the classic ingredients, balanced in perfect ratio to create a thin cookie that is crispy on the edges and soft in the centre. It promises a burst of chocolate with every bite. This choc chip cookie is made using 70% dark chocolate so it is not too sweet, but it certainly does satisfy that craving.

Consume within 10-14 days of receiving. Once opened, store in an airtight container, in a cool, dry environment, away from any direct heat. To prolong the shelf life, place the cookies in a freezer bag/airtight container and freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw at room temperature or in the oven before serving.
