These are certainly a delicious vegan treat. An added bonus is that they are also gluten free! The combination of carrot and apple, together with rolled oats, almond meal and walnuts makes these cupcakes wholesome, healthy and decadent. They are topped with a whipped vanilla coconut cream for a little bit of extra decadence. You can eat these as a casual day-to-day treat or have them at a celebration. You cannot go wrong with this choice. 


Ingredients:
Gluten Free Flour, Carrots, Seasonal Apples, Plant Based Milk, Brown Sugar, Banana, Gluten Free Oats, Ground Almonds, Maple Syrup, Coconut Oil, Walnuts, Flaxseed, Raising Agents, Cinnamon


Storage instructions:
Consume within 2-3 days of receiving. Store in a cool, dry environment, away from any direct heat. To prolong shelf life, store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days. Serve at room temperature.
